We meticulously guard every decimal to ensure component we produce is within manufacture tolerance.

We acknowledge the importance of processing every single order correctly. Therefore we developed our own software, reducing manual inputs and minimising human errors.

To ensure each component is precisely cut down to 0.01 mm, we use servo driven ball screw linear actuator gauge.

To achieve precision and consistent repeatability, all our drilling and router-ing works are done using CNC machineries.

Through years of training, we have perfected our craftsmanship, achieving balance between quality and quantity.

We check every shutters thoroughly and take documentation, ensuring its dimension as per ordered and more importantly its quality meets the industry standard.

We closely inspect every shutters, cleaning and fixing up every little imperfection, before packing it.

We take packaging seriously, as damage during transit can easily undone all the work we have put in.
By creating a servo driven CNC corrugated carton box machine, capable of producing custom tight fit box, we minimise movement and damage.

Extra care are put during container loading, arranging the boxes to be tightly interlocked, reducing movement and maximising space.
